6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days.

For exchanges, follow the return process but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email. We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
