Order Processing
We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Recommended):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
– Cost: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
– Available for orders over $50
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind home plate. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery for most items.
Return Policy Details
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt and other brands)
- Batter’s elbow guards and leg guards
- Catcher’s gear (due to specialized fitting requirements)
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a pitch-perfect return:
- Contact Our Team within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 hours (quicker than a stolen base!) with return instructions
- Package Securely – Use original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (about as long as a rain delay)
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
Need a different size or model? Follow the standard return process but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (standard shipping times apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “home run!”
